摘要: | 本研究旨在探討高雄地區職工工作壓力與休閒調適之現況與關連。研究方法以問卷調查方式進行,研究工具包含:基本變項量表、工作壓力量表與休閒調適量表三部份。本研究以高雄地區職工為研究對象。共計發出問卷385份,回收問卷355份,回收率92.2%;經刪除無效問卷後,獲得有效問卷323份,有效回收率為90.9%。本研究問卷資料處理完成後,以SPSS 12.0 for Windows進行資料的登錄、計分與統計分析,所運用的統計方法為百分比與次數分配、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析。研究結果顯示:台灣職工之不同工作壓力有顯著差異存在。其次,台灣職工之不同休閒調適也有顯著差異存在。經過迴歸分析後,發現工作壓力對恢復情緒式休閒具有顯著的解釋力,其中又以工作控制度和社會支持度對恢復情緒式休閒具有顯著的預測力。工作壓力對建立友誼式休閒具有顯著的解釋力,其中又以工作控制度、心理負荷量和社會支持度對建立友誼式休閒具有顯著的預測力。工作壓力對舒緩身心式休閒具有顯著的解釋力,其中又以心理負荷量和社會支持度對舒緩身心式休閒具有顯著的預測力。
The aim of this research was to find out the workers' status quo and relations between working pressure and leisure adjustment in Kaohsiung region. The study was conducted by questionnaire with three different scales, including demographic scale, working pressure scale, and leisure adjustment scale. The subjects of this research were workers in Kaohsiung region and 385 questionnaires were distributed, 355 copies collected (92.2%). After eliminating invalid questionnaires, 323 copies were valid (90.9%). Using SPSS for Windows 12.0 version to process statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, repeated measures, and multiple regression analysis, the findings were presented as following: Female accounted for most part of the background variation; 21 to 30-year-old group accounted for most part of different ages; married accounts for most part of the marital status; Bachelors, 106, accounted for most part of the educational levels; worker's wage ranging from 40,000 dollars to 60,000 dollars accounted for most part of the income. Moreover, Taiwan workers had significant difference among different working pressures; working manipulation, which higher than social supportability, had the highest working pressure. Taiwan workers had significant difference among different leisure adjustments, and releasing mental activity was the best method to leisure adjustment. Recovering sentiment activity ranked second and establishing friendship activity ranked the last. Finally, working pressure had significant explanation towards recovering sentiment activity, establishing friendship activity, and releasing mental activity. |
