In this paper, we analyze the lightwaves propagating along distinct optical-path ridge Ti:LiNbO3 waveguides. In consideration of polarizations, our simulations have demonstrated that the En mode excited by the x-polarized incident lightwave has the better tolerances of the bending/half-branching angles. And the variances of the optical guidance versus the dimensions of the ridge structures are also presented.
