    Title: 缺陷對單一方向炭素纖維強化複合材料的纖維垂直方向之拉伸特性的影響

    Abstract: 本研究探討缺陷對單一方向炭素纖維強化複合材料的纖維垂直方向的拉伸特性之影響。四種CFRP積層板被測試以明瞭負荷生在90°方向時之破壞機構。結果顯示90°方向纖維強化複合材的拉伸強度受材料中存在的缺陷所影響大幅下降,而強度之分散則增大。因此經由嚴格管理成形加工工程,以減少材料中缺陷的尺寸大小和減少致命性缺陷的形成,可提升90°方向複合材料的強度及其信賴性。並且90°方向複合材料在承受負何之過程中,縱使沒有破斷發生,亦會造成材料內部微視損傷的擴大,降低90°方向複合材料的強度。
