本論文提出一個分析批式乳狀液體薄膜溶劑萃取的數學模擬,此模擬中的連續相與液體薄膜間及內相興液體薄膜間均假設呈平衡狀態,也考慮了萃取過程中的體積及濃度的變化,模擬的預測值並和實驗值相比較,兩者相當接近。
A mathematical model for analyzing the extraction of a solute from a mixture by a solvent through dispersed liquid membrane in batch process has been presented. The phase equilibrium between the membrane and the external continuous phases and the phase equilibrium between the membrane and the internal phases are assumed. For a very short lime period, the volumes of each phases are assume constant. For the next short lime period, the volumes of each phases axe recalculated and adjusted. The process can continue to any desired operating time. The theoretical results from this model are compared with experimental data. In general, this model gives reasonalble representation of experimental data.
