不織布的熱壓成型技術所涉及的變數相當多,舉凡如織維的種類、粗細、長短、添加樹脂的種類、玻璃轉位點的高低、添加量、熱壓溫度及處理時間等,任一條件控制不當皆可能影響到產品的品質。本文試以目前業者常用之聚酯短纖爲原料,施予不同濃度比率之壓克力樹脂後,在定厚的模具上行高溫高壓處理,壓制成含不同樹脂量的薄片做爲實驗樣布。本文中探討在添加不同樹脂量下,樣布成型性與相關物性的變化情形,並評估最佳熱壓成形的條件。由實驗結果可發現在加工溫度160℃×2min、壓力4kg/平方公分之下,樹脂添加量在20-30%間有較佳之成型物性。
A heat forming technical of nonwoven fabric made by polyester staple fiber and treated with Opening, Carding, Pre-needling and Resin processes. In order to control the uniformity of resin effectively, it was regularly added by padding after spraying process. The best added resin rate of 20-30% were found in this study under 160℃×2 min and 4 kg/cm^2 forming conditions.
