彈性製造系統是先進工業競爭的利器,在彈性製造系統的設置時,對於彈性系統的適應性應先做適當的評估。彈性製造系統設立的主要目的,是在於產品多樣化製造方式的適應性與提升設備的使用效益。本文在彈性度的定義上有綜合的討論,彈性度的數學模式化,則藉由模糊理論的推導,在本文中以一數值範例,介紹彈性度的分析方法。本文中的模擬軟體,則是使用自行開發之物件導向架構模擬程式,配合模糊參數的定義級數,建立彈性度的評估系統。
Flexible manufacturing system plays the key role in today's competitive manufacturing environment. The success of implementing an FMS in production depends largely upon the planning and analysis of the change-overs of the production schedules. A flexibility study was proposed in the current work, focused on the issues of the system's ability to adapt the changes. A fuzzy approach in conjunction with object-oriented simulation was demonstrated in a numerical example. A unique hierarchical structure was also proposed to verify the implementation of the simulation algorithm.
