本研究主要係將導染劑添加於底色糊及拔染糊中,並於不同之加工條件下採濕對乾加工方式,對細丹尼聚酯織物行深色化印染及鹼防拔染加工。其中主要係改變底色糊及拔染糊內導染劑及鹼劑之種類與用量,且經不同固色溫度及時間以探討深色化之細丹尼聚織物其拔白效果與物性的變化,並作一廣泛之研究。由實驗得知,導染劑之添加確實可使印染物達深色化之效果,同時可增進鹼防拔染加工之拔白性,其中以氯苯及甲基酚之添加對深色性、拔白性及物性皆可獲致良好性質。至於鹼防拔染中所用的鹼劑以氫氧化鈉及碳酸鉀於低鹼濃度時,即可護致良好拔白效果,而碳酸鈉之鹼劑用量較大,且加工再現性頗佳。除此,織物之物性經鹼防拔染後仍保持良好。因此,細丹尼聚酯織物使用鹼防拔染加工,不僅拔白性及物性優異且符合經濟效益及環保要求。
The effect of alkali agents and carriers on deep ground shade and alkali discharge-resist printing of fine denier polyester fabric using wet on dry process and controlled conditions were studied The deep shade, whiteness and other physical properties of the printed fabric had been researched.
Experimental results show that adding carrier for colour paste and increasing fiation stage both can give deep shade to fabric, moreover, the carriers are added to discharge paste, too, obriously increase dischargeability of the ground. The alkali agents such ad NaOH or K2CO3 at low dosage for discharge-resisted printing can also give excellent whiteness to the ground, While Na2Co3 at high one is able to obtain the same results and good reproducibility. The process provided high quality and economic value for discharge-resist printing of finer denier polyester fabric.
