本研究係以椰纖維爲原料,三聚氰胺樹脂爲黏著劑,麵粉爲填充料,以乾式熱壓法,製成音箱板。並改變成型壓力及填充料含量等製作條件,探討成型密度、抗彎強度、音頻、共振效果等各種變化。實驗結果得知在填充料含量10%,成型壓力20kg/平方公尺,有較佳音質效果。
The coir fiber as material, nelamin resin as adhesive and wheat flour as filler were used. The solovax was produced by using the dry and heat press process in this study. The molding density, bending strength, audio frequency and resonance effect of the solovaxes produced under various condtions of molding pressure and the filler were studied. The results indicate that the best acoustic fidelity properties can be found under the conditions of filler content 10%, shaping pressure 200kg/cm^2.
