本文旨在利用循環塑性力學理論與單軸疲勞測試結果來探討材料疲勞壽命分析。根據此一分析模型,疲勞壽命評估僅需塑性理論分析之遲滯應-塑性應變結果。以及測試得到的材料單軸疲勞性質。AISI 1050鋼的試片的疲勞實驗分析結果被用來探討所提塑性模型的適用性及理論預測疲勞壽命與測試壽命的相關性,結果顯示實驗與解析值間具有良好的一致性。
A practical approach to fatigue life analysis of materials is established based on the cyclic plasticity theory and the uniaxial fatigue testing results. Fatigue life prediction needs only the simulated hysteresis stress-plastic strain results and the uniaxial fatigue properties. Experimental fatigue analysis on smooth specimens of AISI 1050 steel is used to investigate the validity of the plasticity model and the correlation of predicted fatigue lives, A good agreement between experimental and analytical results is obtained.
