    摘要: 室內建材逸散出來的揮發性有機污染物是室內空氣的主要污染源,這些逸散物會引起人體健康及舒適問題。所謂室內建材包括下列物質:傢俱、裝飾物、壁紙、繡帷、地毯、天花板、表面塗裝材料、黏著劑、塡縫劑及溶劑等。
    在此次研究中,小型環境模擬試驗箱被用來發展室內建材之有機逸散物特性研究。而設備的模擬方式和變數、測試過程及數據分析將被建立成小型環境模擬試驗箱之測試標準指標,這可用來測試室內建材所逸散出來的有機污染物。
    本實驗是針對六種經常使用的有機塗料,利用氣相層析儀/質譜儀(GC/MS)對其進行有機逸散物之分析。並由GC/MS層析圖分析中,可得知其所含主要有機逸散物爲:2-Propanol, Toluene, Butyl Acetate, Xylene, 2-Methyl Heptane, 3-Methyl Heptane, Octane, Trimethyl Benzene, 2-Butanone,而這些物質將會嚴重地引起健康問題,且降低室內空氣品質(IAQ)。
    The volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from indoor materials and products are the major sources of indoor air pollution, and the emissions were resulted in health or comfort problems. Those indoor materials and products include furniture, decoration, wall paper, tapestry, carpet, ceiling, coating materials, binder, solvent and addivities.
    In this research, the small environmental test system was used to develop the emissions characteristics of the indoor materials and products. Modifications and variations in equipment, test procedures and data analysis will be used to establish the standard guide for small-scale environmental chamber determinations of organic emissions from indoor materials and products.
    The organic emissions of six kinds of organic coating materials which popularly used by the GC/MS analyses were experimentally investigated. From the GC/MS chromatograph analyses, the major organic emission components are 2-Propanol, Toluene, Butyl Acetate, Xylene, 2-Methyl Heptane, 3-Methyl Heptane, Octane, Trimethyl Benzene, 2-Butanone, which will seriously cause health problems and drop the indoor air quality (IAQ).
