    Abstract: 以RUNGE-KUTTA法可証明脊柱型Ti:LiNbO3Y-分岔波導比傳統Ti擴散波導適合作分光器,且由於FABRY-PEROT干涉效應,我們可模擬出空間離散的輻射模態會出現在脊柱結構的兩分支之間。
    That the ridge-type Ti:LiNbO3 Y-junction waveguide is a better optical splitter than the conventional Ti-diffused one is demonstrated by beam propagation method involving the Runge-kutta algorithm. Also, our simulation shows that some spatially-discrete radiation modes may appear within the gap between both arms made of the ridge structures due to the Fabry-Perot resonance effect.
