本研究主要利用不飽和聚酯樹酯作為基材,將錐形螺旋銅線依正、反、交錯排列,置入不飽和聚酯樹脂當中,製成複合材料之電磁波吸收體,最後導入電流測量其吸收效果。銅線圈數分別為5、15、25圈,問距為lcm、1.5cm、2cm,各別探討其電磁波吸收效果,當圈數為25園時,間距為lcm,圈數25圈,導入電流20V其最高吸收值為44.ldB。隨著錐形螺旋銅線圈數的上升,能適時使電磁波入射波在錐形螺旋銅線間形成干涉共振,能有效的將電磁波轉換成熱能散失。
The main advantage of this study of unsaturated polyester resin as base material, the conical spiral copper positive and negative, staggered, in unsaturated polyester resin, made from a composite of electromagnetic wave absorber, last import current measurement of the absorption effect.
