    Abstract: 本研究以孟宗竹、桂竹為材料,探討不同竹齡(1-5年生)竹稈之生物量及碳蓄積效益,探討變因之間關聯性以製作出生物量表與碳蓄積表,方便後續之碳匯調查與分析。位瞭解生立竹之生長特性,分析各竹種之齡級結構,每一竹種設立10 × 10 m^2的樣區各10個,進行每木調查並記錄之,每樣區中選1-5年生的竹材各3株伐下供含水率與密度之測試,由調查資料來計算出材積,由材積來估算出生物量與碳蓄積量。比較同一竹種不同齡級生長量之差異與單位面積生物量在不同竹種的產出,同時比較不同竹種之間的差異,研究結果得知孟宗竹每公頃之株数7,420株,產出之材積共66.7 m^3,每年之平均材積約13.3 m^3,每公頃林地地上部產生之碳吸存共22.6 ton,每年約可吸存4.5 ton 之碳,桂竹每公頃之株数18,000,產出之材積共45.5 m^3,每年之平均材積約9.1 m^3,每公頃林地地上部產生之碳吸存共16.3 ton 每年約可吸存3.3 ton。
    This study investigated the biomass and carbon sequestration of bamboo culms in different bamboo ages (1 to 5 years old) using Phyllostachys pubescens (Moso bamboo) and Phyllostachys makinoi (Makino bamboo) as materials to identify the connection between the factors to design biomass and carbon sequestration tables to facilitate subsequent carbon sequestration survey and analysis. Additionally, the study also investigated the growth characteristics of standing bamboo and analyzed the age class distribution of various bamboos. Ten 10 × 10 m^2 sample plots were constructed for each bamboo species. Surveys were conducted on each bamboo sample and the results were recorded; three bamboo samples between 1 to 5 years old were chosen from each sample plot to test for moisture content and density. The obtained information was used to calculate volume, and volume was used to calculate biomass and carbon sequestration. The researchers compared the growth rate of the same bamboo species at different ages, the growth rate of different bamboo species per unit-area of biomass, and the difference between various bamboo species. Results showed that there were 7,420 Moso bamboo culms per hectare, the volume was 66.7 m^3, the average annual volume was approximately 13.3 m^3, the carbon sequestration of Moso bamboo per hectare was 22.6 tons, and the annual carbon sequestration was 4.5 tons. It was also found that there were 18,000 Makino bamboo culms per hectare, the volume was 45.5 m^3, the average annual volume was approximately 9.1 m^3, the carbon sequestration of Makino per hectare was 16.3 tons and the annual carbon sequestration was 3.3 tons.
