    Title: ADHD兒童之家長於遊戲治療期間接受親職諮詢對其親子關係經驗之探究

    Abstract: 本研究主要探究ADHD兒童之家長接受親職諮詢對親子關係改變的經驗,共邀請4位小學一到四年級注意力缺陷過動症兒童及其家長參與研究。ADHD兒童接受每週一次、每次四十分鐘,共計十次的兒童中心個別遊戲治療;父母於遊戲治療期間,接受每次50-60分鐘,共計四次的親職諮詢。此外,父母在研究進行前、後接受研究者訪談,並填寫「親職壓力量表」。本研究採質性研究之紮根理論的資料分析法,分析前、後訪談及親職諮詢之文本資料,並以「親職壓力量表」輔助進行探討親子關係的改變。研究結果發現父母接受親職諮詢後,能以更多自己的觀察認識子女,而非單向接收外界回饋。此外,親子溝通、互動及衝突因應方式改變,父母親職效能感提升、親職壓力降低,在關係中父母出現較多正向感受,孩子也願意更多主動親近父母。父母也與ADHD兒童體驗到親子關係中溫暖、彼此信任、較輕鬆且愉悅的感受。
    研究者針對研究結果加以討論,並對親職諮詢實務工作及未來研究提出建議。
    This study explored the parental relationship with ADHD children’s parents who receiving parent consultation. The study recruited four ADHD children from the 1st to 4th grade in elementary school and their parents. ADHD children received individual child-centered play therapy once a week for 10 weeks. Each Parent received four parent consultations Prior and after play therapy, parents filled out the Parenting Stress Index (PSI) and were interviewed by the researcher. . Data were analyzed based on grounded theory. The main results of the current study were as follows.
    1. Parents re-observe and understand their children.
    2. Parents experienced different interpretations of theis children, parent-child communication, interaction, and conflict coping. Self-efficacy of parenting was increasing and parenting stress was reducing.
    3. Parents have positive feelings in the parent-child relationship.
    4. Children are closer to their parents and willing to be more active.
    5. Both parent and ADHD Children experience the warmth, trust, relaxation and enjoyment in parental relationship.
    Based on the results of the current study, the author provided recommendations for school counselors and future researchers.
