組織人力配調運用的優劣,往往係影響其經營成敗的關鍵,亦即,如何使組織「適才適所」,把合適的員工安置在合適的職位,發揮員工專長及提升組織效能,實值加以探討之課題。本研究旨在探討組織員工之工作適性、成就動機對留任意願的影響。
本研究以某公部門員工為研究對象,採普查問卷,計有效問卷295份,回收率為73.7%。研究發現,工作適性對留任意願有顯著正向影響;成就動機對留任意願有顯著正向影響;工作適性對成就動機有顯著正向影響;此外,不同員工個人屬性在工作適性、成就動機及留任意願之間,則有顯著差異的假設,部分成立;另外,工作適性透過成就動機中介效果對留任意願之影響。
Personnel assignment is crucial to the operational success of an organization. As-signing the right person to the right position and task not only allows employees to maximize their potentials, it also improves organizational performance. This study aims to understand the relations between adaptability and achievement motivation on employee retention through a survey.
Respondents were from a governmental agency. Two hundred and ninety-five questionnaires were distributed, and the valid return rate was 73.7%. Results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between adaptability and employee re-tention; there was a significant positive correlation between achievement motivation and employee retention; there was a significant positive correlation between adaptabil-ity and achievement motivation. In addition, the impact of some demographic factors on adaptability, achievement motivation, and employee retention would reach signifi-cant difference. Achievement motivation has a partly mediating effect on the positive correlation between adaptability and employee retention.
