摘要: | 隨著多元人才的快速發展,在職進修已是在職人士必修課題,但面對多元的進修管道,在職人士要如何選擇最適合自己的進修課程呢?本研究以參與終身學習決策進行探索,建構在職人士參與終身學習決策之評量表,供欲參與終身學習學員參考。
本研究先透過文獻整理找出在職人士參與終身學習決策潛在因素,並透過問卷調查進行因素確認;接著透過層級分析法,建構在職人士參與終身學習決策層級架構,透過統計與權重計算,建立在職人士參與終身學習決策量表。
問卷一、綜合文獻探討所得到在職人參與終身學習決策的46項評估指標之後,邀請目前已在參與在職進修的學員依據實際參與進修的經驗,進行問卷訪談評分。共回收了有效問卷共40 份。
問卷二、透過上述初測所得出層級架構,使用層級分析法兩兩成對比較的特性,以問卷方式進行問卷調查,研究訪問對象為目前正參與終身學習進修的在職人士們共176 位。本研究發現「心理因素」、「能力因素」、「家庭因素」、「學校因素」及「工作因素」,這五項指標的總權重比已達到60%以上,是在職人士參與終身學習進修時相對重視的評估特性。
With the rapid development of diverse talents , job training is a required course for the working title , but the face of the diverse education pipeline , working on how to choose the most suitable for their own training courses it? This study explored the decision-making involved in lifelong learning , constructivism job to participate in the decision-making of the rating scale lifelong learning for students wish to participate in lifelong learning reference .
In this study, first through literature review to identify the workforce potential factors involved in the decision-making lifelong learning and, through a questionnaire survey conducted factors confirmation ; followed by AHP to construct the workforce involved in the decision-making level framework for lifelong learning , and the right to recalculated by statistics , establish working participation in lifelong learning decision Scale .
Questionnaire A comprehensive literature obtained after serving 46 people involved in the decision-making of the evaluation indicators of lifelong learning , has been invited to participate in job training of trainees actually participate in studies based on the experience of the interview questionnaire score . Valid questionnaires were collected 40 copies.
Two questionnaires , the results of the initial test by the above hierarchical structure , characteristic method using AHP pairwise comparisons , conducted a questionnaire survey research access to the object is currently involved in studies of lifelong learning are a total of 176 working people . The study found that " psychological factors ", " capacity factor ," " family factor ", " school factors " and " work factor " , the total weight is heavier than the five indicators has reached more than 60% , is training the workforce involved in lifelong learning assess the relative importance of the characteristics . |
