摘要: | 全世界面臨能源危機、石油價格起伏不斷,造成經濟強國的恐慌,引發金融海嘯,經濟陷入困境,再加上各國政爭不斷,發生恐怖事件層出不窮。為了維護各國國家和自身的安全、因應全球的反恐戰爭,有需大批的高強力超高分子量聚乙烯(ultra-high molecular weight Polyethylene, 簡稱UHMWPE) 纖維製作的防彈背心、頭盔以及防穿刺等用途的防護衣物。
本實驗利用防彈衣為基礎,透過添加UHMWPE基布層數、塗佈貼合膠以及添加各種型態PU來做為緩衝材料,提高防彈布在對於防穿刺性能較弱的部分,並對重量做限制,以利於防彈衣的穿著舒適性能。
在實驗中,首先探討的是貼合膠與UHMWPE基布之間的黏結力以及使用貼合膠後所得到的改善;經過電漿處理可提高貼合膠的黏結性,而貼合膠具有可分散力量的作用,當基布上所附著的貼合膠越多時,其將力量分散的效果越佳。
再來為了符合N.I.J 0115.00防穿刺標準SPIKE CLASS 2,分別以33焦耳、50焦耳的力量來進行穿刺試驗,並尋找出不同PU材料的最佳的擺放位置,以及重量的變化,結果顯示,當PU層擺放在底層時,對於緩衝刀具的力量有最佳的效果,在樣本層數為7層時,重量為2481g,而貫穿的深度為0.66㎝,兩者兼可達到預期的效果。

In this study, based on the use of body armor by adding UHMWPE fabric layers, coating and laminating glue to do is to add various types PU cushioning materials to improve the armor on the part of the anti-puncture performance is weak, and do weight restrictions, in order to facilitate the performance of body armor comfort.
In the experiment, the first to explore the bonding adhesive force and to improve the use of adhesive bonding obtained after UHMWPE plastic and fabric between; after plasma treatment can improve the bonding adhesive bond, while having a bonding glue the role of decentralized power, when the fabric is attached gum paste more long time, the better it will force the dispersion effect.
