According to the reference applied to the questionnaire survey, a total of 384 valid questionnaires which carried out hypothesis validation were collected to offer a concrete proof. The result shows that career adaptability, self-regulation learning, job-search behavior have positive related outcomes. Emerging adulthoods with different backgrounds differ in right career adaptability, self-regulation learning, job-search behavior and outcomes. Job-search behavior has partial mediate effect in career adaptability and outcomes of getting a job. Self-regulation learning has partial mediate effect in career adaptability job-search behavior. Self-regulation learning has partial mediate effect in on the job-finding and outcomes.
According to the results, it can be concluded the following five conclusions: First, emerging adulthoods’ career adaptability, self-regulation learning, job-search behavior and outcomes are related to each other positively. Second, job-search training for emerging adulthoods’ career adaptability and self-regulated learning are helpful, and bring positive job-search behavior and outcomes. Third, enhancing job-search helps to promote the career adaptability's job-finding outcomes. Fourth, to promote self-regulation learning can adapt to a good career can make the jobseekers have positive job-search behavior. Fifth, to promote self-regulation learning can make positive jobseekers receive positive outcome of job-research. Finally, the following three suggestions are offered based on the conclusion.
