摘要:	消費行為、生活型態及生活壓力因應策略對青少年身心發展的影響日益重要，若能對相關議題進一步釐清，則有關單位在制訂青少年相關輔導政策時將有所依據。本研究主要探討台北市高中職學生消費行為的特質，瞭解其中炫燿性消費是否特別矚目？生活型態偏向什麼類型？壓力因應的策略為何？本研究之受試者為台北市公私立高級中學及職業學校學生，採簡單隨機抽樣，抽取1至3年級741名男女學生，所得資料以次數分配、因素分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、複迴歸等統計方法予於分析處理，得到下列主要研究結果： 1.青少年「炫耀性消費行為」傾向「計畫式消費行為」行為。 2.青少年對「生活型態」之選項較重視「休閒自主」與「生活開創性」。 3.青少年對「生活壓力因應策略」之選擇，傾向「問題解決」模式。最後，本研究根據研究結果進行討論，並提出對家庭、學校教育與未來研究上之建議。 It is increasingly important for teenagers to develop physical and　psychological strategies and life style to cope with stresses from a consumer society. If this topic can be further clarified, it will assist in future development of coaching solution for teenagers. This research studies the consumer behavior of senior high school and senior vocational school students in Taipei City. To study their life style and their kind of the life stresses coping strategies they have, as conspicuous consumption among them attracts a lot of attention. The study uses the simple random sampling method. A total of 741 male and female students from Grade 1 to 3 from both public and private senior high and vocational schools were sampled. The statistical data was then analyzed by frequencies, one-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, factor analysis and stepwise multiple regression. The result of this research could be summed up as below: 1.The teenagers' conspicuous consumption was prone to 'the planned consumption'. 2.“Style of life” of adolescents is heavily emphasized on 'Self determining leisure ' and 'Creative Life'. 3.'Life stresses coping strategies' of teenagers is base on ' problem solving'. Finally, according to the survey result, this research would proceed with discussion and provide the suggestions to family, school education and future research.
