摘要: | 針對習以外部取得技術並著重人際關係網絡的台灣產業而言,對合作夥伴之選擇的研究及產業特性對其企業合作績效的影響,在實務上甚為重要,可惜目前尚欠缺整體性的研究探討。本研究探討各項合作夥伴之選擇與合作績效之關係,並以不同產業特性為干擾變數探討其對合作夥伴之選擇與合作績效之影響性實證研究。藉此了解企業在與合作夥伴不同產業特性的微妙關係中,影響企業績效與合作夥伴之選擇在何處,以提供未來考慮與其他企業合作之重要考量依據。
研究結果發現,合作夥伴之選擇四構面中,目標與策略之配合度、創造貢獻之潛力、資源技術之互補性與合作文化之相容性皆與合作績效具有相當高的關連性。干擾效果方面,發現由於國際分工、海外投資活動的頻繁,台灣製造業業者認為影響公司獲利率與生產力最大主因為彼此間合作文化是否相容。另一方面,產業中產品客製化或標準化程度愈高,而必須去設法發展多樣化商品與服務以滿足消費者時,會傾向與其他廠商建立合作關係。而當公司的供應商具有議價能力、擁有豐富的專利性科技和對創新的知覺,或是公司轉換供應商會產生高成本等特性,如果夥伴間具有相容的合作文化、資源技術上互補,將使得建立合作關係會獲得比競爭者更多的優勢,並有極高意願維持長期的合作關係。
For the Taiwan industry that used to obtain a technique from outside and empha-sizes the social interaction network, the study for impacts of the cooperative partner se-lection and the characteristic of the industry on cooperative performance is important on the actual situation. But regrettable up to lack the research study of whole still currently. This study is about the relationship between every partner's selection and cooperative performance, and the interference variable is the several industry characteristics. Use it to see the influence between cooperative partner selection and cooperative performance. By this to understand what will influence on cooperative partner selection and coopera-tive performance, and after that it can provide an important consideration to cooperate with other enterprises in the future.
Study the result detection, four factors in choose of cooperative partner, "the con-cert of target and strategy", "the potential of the create contribution", "complementary technical skills and resources", and "compatible cooperative culture". The results show that four factors all have a rather high connection with cooperative performance. Due to international division of labor, overseas investment activity of multifarious, the aspect of interference result shows that the Taiwanese manufacturing industry operator thinks that the cooperative culture whether is compatible each other or not is the biggest main cause for company profit rate and productivity. On the other hand, when the company have to try to develop diversified merchandise and serve with satisfy consumer due to their product made more adaptable or standard , they will incline to build up a coopera-tive relation with other manufacturer. When the supplier of the company has the ability of negotiating, own abundant technical patents, a consciousness of creation, or cost a lot of money if the company converts other supplier, if they have a compatible cooperative culture, repair with each other on the resource technique, it will make more advantages than competitor and have intention to cooperate in the long-term. |
