    Title: 女子籃球選手不同負重下上之肌力、速度與爆發力之探討
    The Relation of Strength Velocity and Power of Upper extremity umder different Loadings in Professional Women Basketball Players

    Abstract: 本研的研究目的在探討不同負荷條件下女子籃球選手上肢臥推速度、力量與爆發力特徵與相關性。本研究方法以一台FitroDyn位移測量計收集二十位甲組女子籃球選手(2005中華女籃代表隊成員)臥推的原始位移資料,並透過軟體運算速度與爆發力結果。本研究以SPSS統計軟體來計算各指標之統計結果,其研究結果如下。
    選手上肢臥推速度隨著負荷漸增而明顯變慢,這說明肌肉相對承受較大的阻力時,選手會因為阻力而增加了肌肉徵召時的時間,這會導致動作速度進而變緩。在力量方面,在不同負荷條件中,最大肌力百分之六十的最大力量表現最佳且明顯大於百分之九十的負荷條件。在爆發力方面,爆發力呈現與速度呈現相同的趨勢,在負荷較輕的條件下,選手能產生較大的爆發力且明顯大於負荷較重的條件。而上肢臥推的爆發力-速度關係呈現高相關的一元迴歸曲線,方程式為 。
    本研究建議可利用百分之五十或六十之最大肌力負荷來訓練女子籃球選手的最大爆發力和最大力量。另外,國內教練可利用本研究之迴歸曲線評估選手上肢臥推的爆發力水準。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation of velocity, strength and power of push-up under different loadings in professional women basketball players. We used a FitroDyn displacement detector to measure the raw data from twenty professional women basketball players, and then muscle strength and power of them were calculated by the software. We also used SPSS statistic software to analyze the
    result of each index. The conclusion was showed as follows.
    The velocity of push-up decreased following the increase of the loadings. This meant that muscles would need more time of recruitment to resist the increased loadings and leads to the delay of action time. In addition, the muscle strength under 60% maximum of loading showed the significantly higher value than that under 90% maximum of loading. Muscle power index showed the same tendency with velocity of push-up and subjects could generate higher power under light loadings. Moreover, power-velocity relation of push-up represented a high linear correlation.

    The study suggested that basketball players could train their maximum power and strength by engaging 50~60% maximum loading. Furthermore, coaches can assess the power-velocity condition of
    basketball players according to the linear regressive curve presented in this study.
