摘要: | 鑒於國內對於非都市地區的污水排放並沒有系統性的下水集中處理設施,而直接排入河川,因而導致河川污染,當中包含家庭廢水、工業廢水、農漁牧污染。國內長年致力於污水處理研究上,其目的為了有效處理污水污染問題,並改善水質。國內所提倡之生態工法,於水土保持、水利、土木、環保等相關施工地區,均可發現此種近自然工法的應用,在環境工程之污水處理上,亦提出有關自然淨化污水處理的方式,「人工濕地」為其中一種處理方式,而人工溼地對於水質改善的提倡,已行之有年,而如何能有效率且以最經濟的手法達到污水處理水質改善,值得國人深思,並且仍須透過不斷的研究與實驗,方能擬出最理想的處理方式。
本研究前半部分欲透過POE用後評估與文獻歸納對於相關人工濕地案例進行分析探討,並研擬出其中的規劃設計準則,後半部份以雲林縣北港溪中上游地區作為個案進行操作。
在回顧雲林縣北港溪中上游地區在廢污水排放所面臨的問題後,希望利用人工溼地中植物對於污水處理的概念,對於排放之污水能有效的降低污染程度並進而達到水質淨化為主要目的,進而提供蓄水、養水的觀念,亦能替當地生態帶來正面的意涵,提供環境教育之場所。
Since there is no sewer facility to collect sewage in non-metropolis of Taiwan, and sewage is sent directly to the streams, water pollution is caused. Among them there are household water pollutants, industrial water pollutants, and agricultural pollutants. In order to resolve the water pollution issues and improve water quality, Sewage treatment research has been developed in Taiwan for years. Environmental methods have been highly recommended in Taiwan, which have been commonly used in the construction areas of conservation of water and soil, water conservation, construction, and environmental protection. There is natural sewage purification mentioned in sewage treatment of environmental project. Constructed wetland is one of ways of sewage purification and has been used for years. As for achieving the goal to improve the quality of sewage treatment with efficient and financial ways, unceasing researches and experiments are needed to discover the ideal method.
The first half part of the study would like to emphasize on the related cases of constructed wetlands by using POE estimation and related resources, whereas the principal of design plan will be set. The last half part of this study would practice the theory on the real case in the rural area, located in the middle and up reach of Peikang River, Yunlin County.
After reviewing the problems that happened in the village, the study would like to use the concept that plants in constructed wetlands would help sewage treatment, to reduce the pollution, and to purify water as the main purpose. Furthermore, constructed wetlands will provide the concept of water saving and maintaining, which will bring the positive influence and makes it as a perfect place for environmental education. |
