Abstract:	在競爭激烈的網路世界裡，IT社群的發展相當活躍，然而，多數社群皆缺乏足夠的經濟規模，若能進行策略聯盟則可達到資源共享與創造雙贏的機會。然而，在未具備可整合的條件下，若能先解決單一帳號登入的問題，應可達到資源共享的目的，因而提升各站長進行策略聯盟的意願。因此，本文研究提出以『單一簽入( Single Sign On - SSO)』網路服務機制，先解決單一簽入的問題，並以系統分析方法建構的IT社群聯盟雛型系統，模擬社群會員『單一登入』之流程，再以Web Services機制克服異質性平台之間資訊共享的問題，本研究預期結果可產生一套IT社群聯盟雛型系統，並可對此系統進行評估加以改進，以提供社群會員更好的服務方式，並增加未來IT社群聯盟合作的可能性。
