    題名: 幼兒園教保人員成就動機、自我效能與組織承諾之相關性研究

    摘要: 本研究旨在探討新北市區幼兒園教保人員成就動機、自我效能與組織承諾之相關。以立案於新北市區私立幼兒園之教保人員為對象,採取分層叢集抽樣施測。總抽樣園數計有20所,每個園所內之教保人員皆接受施測,正式施測發出問卷300份,回收253份,剔除填答不完全份數後,有效問卷共計有247份。研究工具分別為:背景資料調查表、教保人員成就動機描述量表、自我效能描述量表、組織承諾描述量表。本問卷於題項設計上,除了個人背景資料外,其他各量表之題目皆以李克特(Likere’s)4點量表詢問填答。所得資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、徑路分析、逐步迴歸分析、雪費考驗、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現:
    壹、幼兒園教保人員之成就動機偏向社會取向、自我效能偏向一般教學效能,且對組織有高度承諾。
    貳、教保人員服務年資越長、園所規模越小其教保人員的成就動機越高。
    參、幼兒園中已婚教保人員的成就動機偏向社會取向,且成就動機比未婚教保人員高。
    肆、教保人員自我效能及社會取向成就動機越高,其組織承諾也會隨之提升。
    伍、教保人員的成就動機越高,相對的自我效能也會提高,進而影響組織承諾。
    This study aimed to explore the new city area nursery caregiver achievement motivation, self-efficacy and organizational commitment related. Kyobo personnel to initiate private kindergartens in the district of New Taipei City as an object, stratified cluster sampling Surveying. The total number of samples have 20 meter garden, the garden within each caregiver are accepted Surveying, formal test 300 questionnaires were returned 253, after excluding respondents incomplete copies, a total of 247 valid questionnaires . Research tools were: background questionnaire, caregiver Achievement Motivation Scale description, description of self-efficacy scale, organizational commitment scale description. The questionnaire on questions of design, in addition to personal background information, the various other topics begin with Likert Scale (Likere's) 4-point scale asking respondents. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA analysis, path analysis, regression analysis, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation and other statistical methods for analysis. The results showed that:
    1 achievement motivation nursery caregiver's favor social orientation, self-efficacy tend to general teaching effectiveness, and there is a high degree of commitment to the organization.
    2 caregiver longer years of service, the higher the achievement motivation smaller scale park their caregiver's.
    3 kindergarten married caregiver social orientation bias achievement motivation and achievement motivation than unmarried caregiver.
    4 caregiver self-efficacy and social orientation of the higher achievement motivation, organizational commitment will also increase.
    5 achievement motivation caregiver is higher, relatively self-efficacy will be improved, thereby affecting the organizational commitment.
