近年我國民旅遊與國際旅遊市場均持續增長,尤其是開放大陸觀光客來台旅遊,來台旅客人數大幅增加,並直接推動旅館業蓬勃發展,台灣本土連鎖品牌旅館趁勢崛起,與國際品牌競逐,其營運成功之道為永續經營之基,亦為本研究探究之目標。首先以文獻探討與資源基礎理論(Resources-Based Theory, RBT)建構影響連鎖品牌旅館關鍵成功因素之結構式問卷;續引模糊德爾菲法(Fuzzy Modified Delphi Method)彙整台灣15家連鎖旅館品牌CEO之意見,以歸納影響台灣連鎖品牌旅館關鍵成功之因素,並以三角數分析專家評分,以確認專家語意,建立連鎖品牌旅館關鍵成功之6大構面與21準則;再援重要與績效分析法(Importance and Performance Analysis, IPA)分析各準則與構面之相對重要度與績效;最後做成結論與建議,並提出具體改善策略,可為旅館業、相關單位決策者及後續研究參考。
Due to a series of tourism policies of Taiwanese government, such as the weekend-paid leave, the double-up international tourist the open-up to Chines tourist, the Tourism industry is booming in Taiwan. The number of international tourists, particularly of the Chinese tourists, has been dramatically increased. This increase has brought the prosperity of lodging industry and given the birth of local chian hotels which competing with the international chains in the current Taiwanese lodging market. Out of this phenomina, a couple of questions were raised: What are the key factors that determin this success? What can be done to sustain the competitiveness? Corresponding to these questions, this study thus targets 15 local chains and their CEO to set up the key factors and their contents. First, the related literature and Resources-Based Theory (RBT) was reviewed to construct an initial questionnaire for the experts of Fuzyy Delphi Method (FDM). The key successful facor with 6 dimesions and 21 criteria is thus constructed for the furher analysis of IPA (Importance and Performance Analysis). Finally, the suggestion and managerial implications were given. The overall results instrcut the key factors of success and their comparative importance and performance and thus helpful to decision makers of practical field and future reseasrch.
