    摘要: 近年來,雖然科學與醫學發展的速度非常之快,但是我們對於腦科學這部份所深入了解的知識還是相當的有限,我們希望能利用人腦思維及其腦波信號作為研究的基礎,探討及分析人類大腦的思維受不同方式之影響作為本研究的主題。近數十年來因控制理論發展及機電整合技術的進步,越來越多形式的系統整合型量測腦波儀器以及方式出現。本論文將以腦波儀EEG2000(Sensor)來量測及擷取腦波的信號。
    承接前人,我們可以很清楚知道環境會對人類腦波信號有所影響,本研究除了找出增強α波效果最好的聽輕音樂方式外,再利用人本身對自己身心理的控制方式(靜態和動態方式)來影響腦波信號。所以我們探討對於相同的人在不同的方式(靜坐、輕音樂、慢跑)下之腦波信號受影響的程度;不同的人(年輕人無經驗、中年人有經驗)在相同的方式下之腦波信號所受影響的程度;以及相同的人在相同方式但不同時間下(上午、下午)之腦波信號所受之影響程度。
    研究中透過彼此間之關聯,來做為日後該如何建立於不同環境與不同人之下的腦波信號所受之影響程度,並分析腦波信號來找到較好的增強α波之方式。找出對人有益之優質的腦波,以達到提振精神的目的。

    In recent years, although the medicine is rapidly quick develop, but the knowledge of human brain science is still very limited, we to use the human brain thinking and the EEG signals as a basis research, Discussion and analysis of the human brain under different environmental impact, as the subject of this study. In recent decades due to Control theory and Mechatronic technology advances, more systems of instruments measuring EEG and modalities. This article is to use EEG apparatus EEG2000 (Sensor) to measure and capture EEG signals.
    Undertake predecessors, we can clearly know the environment will have an impact on human EEG signal, this article, In addition to the use of enhanced α-wave listening to soft music way. Then use control the physical and mental (static or dynamic) to affect brain wave signal. So we hope to know the same people in different circumstances (meditation, soft music and exercise) the impact of the degree of EEG signals, different people (inexperienced Young man, experienced old man) under the same environmental impact on the degree of EEG signals and the same people in the same circumstances but at different times (morning and afternoon) impact on the degree of EEG signals.
    The study through association between each, to build on human EEG under different circumstances and different people was dominating the signal level distribution, and analysis the EEG signal To find a better way to enhance α wave. To find more useful and high-quality human brainwaves, to achieve the purpose of spiritual boost.
