台灣政府於99年4月27日通過個人資料保護法,並於101年公布實施,由於各機關團體與公司企業為服務客戶,多蒐集儲存很多個人資料或電子資訊,為保護個資之安全及於授權範圍之合法運用,免於遭到洩漏或惡意散播。因此,掌握個資之儲存與追蹤其流向等相關安全維護與稽核甚為重要,運用浮水印或數位浮水印之技術可有效對文件資料或電子資訊註記,以加強對個資文件之保護,本論為除使用數位浮水印之技術外,並特別結合派翠網路更能達到有效追蹤稽核個資文件之分享途徑與儲存現況,對強化個資之整體安全防護甚具助益。
he Personal Data Protection Act has been issued by Taiwan government on April 27, 2010. It was announced to implement from 2012. Since a lot of institutions, associations and enterprises need to serve their customers, documents and electronic information of personal data are collected. Therefore, the protection of personal data has become one of the significant issues. Due to the reason that a lot of government agencies and organizations must provide service for companies and enterprises, they have collected a lot of personal information which are stored in electronic format. Those information resources really need to be protected. Therefore the master of a capital handle related storage and security maintenance and auditing is important, using watermarks or digital watermark technology can effectively documents electronic information on the note, in order to strong protection of funding document. In this dissertation, not only the data hiding scheme has been adopted for information protection, but also the Petri net has been combined for information tracking and auditing to achieve individual information securing.
