This study investigates the relationship between perceptions of organizational poli-tics (POPS) and employee deviant behaviors and the moderating effect of the degree of internationalization (DOI) of a firm. It was hypothesized that the inadequate practice of perceptions of organizational politics would reinforce employee deviant behaviors, and the degree of internationalization of a firm also would moderate the relationship be-tween POPS and WDB. Data were collected from 385 full-time employees of ten general organizations with international activities in Taiwan. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis of data was demonstrates the two hypotheses that perceptions of organizational politics have significant effect on organizational deviant behavior and personal deviant behavior, and the moderating effect of DOI. This study contributes to the existing literature on workplace deviant behavior. We discuss theoretical and practical implications of the study results and future research directions.
