    Title: 針對塗佈條件與後加工技術進行布膜材料之光學增透研究

    Abstract: 本研究將針對「布膜」材料進行透光率之改進,並著重於在相同基布規格下,尋找能夠額外增進透光率之條件優化與增透技術方法,故在此以優化塗佈條件與進行後加工處理之方法著手研究。塗佈條件之優化改變,令本研究之布膜透光率較市售PMMA/玻璃布膜產品提高1.5%(從市售布膜之37%提升至38.5%),主要為控制其樹脂黏度與塗佈速度等造成之影響。另外在後加工技術上,異業結合光電產業常用之反射技術加工於布膜,並以氬氣電漿蝕刻之方式賦形,此透光率提升約2.3%(從未加工之樣本38.5%提高至41.8%)。故再一與市售布膜之相同基部規格與使用樹脂之條件下,其透光率共可另外提升3.8%。
