本研究主旨在瞭解大台北地區民眾舞蹈學習動機和不同的個人背景對工作壓力之影響。研究對象以大台北地區有參與休閒舞蹈課程之民眾為主。在研究方法部份,以自編「大台北地區舞蹈補習班民眾蹈學習動機與工作壓力之調查問卷」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。本研究施測期間共發放250份問卷,回收200份,回收率為80%,扣除3份無效問卷,有效問卷共計為197份,問卷有效率為98.5%。根據實際調查所得資料,以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、並迴歸分析。
研究結果發現個人背景變項在工作壓力存在顯著差異。舞蹈學習動機與工作壓力無顯著關係。最後對於舞蹈經營者、舞蹈教師和未來研究者提出具體之建議。期待能提供社會大眾學習舞蹈選擇之參考,及提供舞蹈教學業者提升其經營策略與品質之依據。
The aims of this study is to understand motivations to dance and to investigate how motivations exercise influence on work stress. Dance trends vary based on geographic location, demographics, and other market preferences, but interest remains high in Taipei city. Hence, the present study recruits respondents from Taipei city. As a result, 197 questionnaires were effective. An effectiveness rate of 98.5% was reached.
This research adopts questionnaire and analyze data by SPSS 15.0 Package Software. The obtained data was analyzed by regression analysis. The results of this study show that individual differences exert influence on work stress. Dance motivations are not associated with work stress. The purpose of this paper is to address some important questions and to set forth explicitly some marketing strategies for private dance schools.
