摘要: | 建築(土木、結構、環工、電機工程)事務所,屬於傳統產業,但在面臨地球環境氣候的轉變,天然災害地震頻傳,世界先進國家都對建築工程安全、節能減碳與最佳化建築新工法的設計研發,不斷追求創新與進步,與瞬息變化的新科技時代挑戰下,國內的建築專業設計人才的選育用留至關重要。
在現今瞬息萬變的科技世代,與國內外總體經濟環境嚴峻的條件下,本研究將探討如何將保守封閉的營建業別中的建築相關事務所,人力資源管理再做調整,以降低新進Y世代的員工在這傳統業別裡的離職率,探討主管領導風格、工作滿意度與留任意願關係之影響。
In a today’s ever changing climate environment, constant nature disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, and land slides, more and more global leading contries are searching for a way to improve on architectural safty, energy savings, designing new models to cope with these issues. Architectural (civil, structural, environmental, electrical) firms in Taiwan, has to introduce new techonology, new skills around the world and emphysis the importance of recruiting, cultivating, utilizing and retaining employees.
Under the downfall of global economy, our thesis will focus on Taiwan traditional architec-ture firms, their new human resources management style, how to lower employee’s turnover rate, and explore the impact of the leadship style and job satisfaction from the employee’s intention to stay. |
