    摘要: 生物共振電場,生物體系都會產生電場,包含細胞膜等也都有陰陽離子分隔,而兩側淨電荷的差異,會造成電位差的產生,而生物體內的導體是離散式的導體必須藉由ProGen II 4050所給與的電場,使電荷產生極化後產生電位差,啟動動作電位後,打開細胞之間的通道,細胞可以藉由通道到細胞膜上的電荷的改變,產生連續的導體,可造成全身的電位及電荷的傳導,造成細胞內滲透壓以及型態上的改變。本論文研究第一部分層級是使用緩衝液系統來做研究,我們使用五個較接近生物體內的緩衝液來做觀察,分別是HBSS、PBS、Nacl、水,觀察給與適當能量後加入過氧化氫(H2O2)後的耐受度產生的氧化還原數值(Oxidation-Reduction Potential)以及電導度(Conductivity )的改變,主要針對數質較明顯改變的HBSS為主要研究目標。第二部份的層級是觀察細胞型態能量給與後是否可使細胞型態改變以及能量代謝改善,我們使用2Hz/0.24W DC70、 2KHz/0.24W DC50、2Hz/0.24W DC50、2KHz/0.24WDC70四種能量來測定,2Hz/0.24W DC70的頻率給與的頻率能改善細胞型態最多。而第三部分層級是利用海馬生物能量測定儀來觀測給與細胞能量後產生的細胞改變。

    The first step ,we used buffer system to do research, four buffer solutions using a buffer closer to the in vivo observation,the buffer is: HBSS,PBS,NaCl, H2O. Give proper energy observed after adding hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to lerance , Oxidation-Reduction Potential and conductivity produce a change. Focused on the more obvious changes in the number of quality primary research goal HBSS.
    The second step, observation of cell types can not be given whether the energy cell morphology changes and improved energy metabolism, we use 2Hz/0.24W DC70, 2KHz/0.24W DC50, 2Hz/0.24W DC50, 2KHz/0.24WDC70 four kinds of energy to determine, and 2Hz/0.24W DC70 frequency given frequency can improve the cell type most.
    The third step, use Seahorse Extracellular Flux Analyzer XF-24 to give the cell energy generated after observing cells changed.
