摘要: | 本研究的主要目的在於了解新北市育有學齡前幼兒園所學童之職業婦女其工作/家庭衝突與親子關係之現況,並進一步探討各變項彼此間的差異、相關等情形。經統計分析結果,獲致研究結論如下:
壹、在工作/家庭衝突的表現屬中等程度。從工作家庭衝突各層面的表現向度來看,由高到低排列分別為家庭投入、工作投入、工作干擾家庭、家庭干擾工作。其中除婚姻狀態及家庭型態外;年齡、教育程度、主管/非主管、工作狀態、家庭收入及最小子女年齡等項與工作/家庭衝突各層面,均達顯著差異性。
貳、在親子關係的表現良好屬中上程度。親子關係高低情形依序為情感交流、相互信任、獨立自主、友誼交往。其中除年齡、教育程度及主管/非主管外;婚姻狀態、工作狀態、家庭型態、家庭收入及最小子女年齡等與親子關係各層面,均未達顯著差異性。
參、不同程度的工作/家庭衝突各層面與親子關係各層面,均產生明顯的差異情形。
肆、工作/家庭衝突之家庭投入與親子關係之四個層面均具有高度正相關的情形。
伍、工作/家庭衝突的表現情形,能有效預測親子關係。
最後,依據上開結論,針對新北市育有學齡前幼兒園所學童之職業婦女、政府主管機關及後續對此領域有興趣之研究者提供建議以供參考。

The main purpose of this study is to understand the professional women have the preschool kindergarten kids’ work / family conflict with the status of parent-child relationship in New Taipei City. And to further explore the variables are the differences between the relevant cases. Attaining statistical analysis of the results, the conclusions are as follows:
a、 The performance of the work / family conflict is a moderate. As we can see the point of view from the performance of all levels of work / family conflict, descending permutation family investment, job involvement, work interference with family, family interference with work which in addition to marital status and family patterns; Age, educational level, the competent / non-competent, working status, household income and the minimum age for children with parent-child relationship at all levels. They reached a significant difference.
b、 The good performance in the parent-child relationship is a middle level. The level of parent-child relationship situation in sequence is emotional communication, mutual trust, independence, friendship. Which marital status, work status, family type, household income and the minimum age for children with parent-child relationship at all levels. In addition to age, educational level and the competent / non-competent. They don’t reach a significant difference.
c、 Different levels of work / family conflict at all levels and at all levels of the parent-child relationship produced significant differences situations.
d、 Work-family conflict of domestic inputs and four levels of the parent-child relationship have a high degree of positive correlation situations.
e、 Performance situation of the work / family conflict can predict the parent-child relationship.
In summary, for New Taipei City, the preschool kindergarten the children of professional women, government authorities and follow-up of these domain researchers who are interested in for reference.
