Originated from ancient Chinese martial art, judo was spread worldwide after a Chinese last-named Chen from Ming Dynasty brought to Japan. It became an Olympic sport officially since Tokyo Olympic Games in 1964 and a prominent game in international sport. The study is to discuss the influence in mental health of judo player before Kake. The study adopted questionnaires and analyzed the data with descriptive statistics, independent-sample T test, and one way ANOYA, and testified the relevant questions to find out the mental health before Kake. The research subject was selected randomly from the catch weight top three players in 2013 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games, National Secondary School Athletic Games and National Representative Selection. The result was found that there are significant differences between sex, educational background, how much time in the participation in specific training, the best record of years and performance, and mentality, technique and stamina. The suggestions are therefore proposed based on the results for the future researcher as a reference in terms of discussing sport participation motivation and mental health, and the supplement to the lack of parameter for the analysis of skill improvement and mental growth.
