研究主要發現如下:
1.新北市國中生父母管教態度大多採用「開明權威」,次之「忽視冷漠」的管方式。
2.新北市國中生父母對於七年級生的管教態度較八、九年級生開明權威。
3.新北市高社經地位的家長比低社經地為家長採開明權威的管教方式。
4.新北市國中生親師互動大多採用「合作」,次之為「逃避」的管教方式。
5.新北市國中生父母對於七年級生的親師互動比八、九年級生更採較合作的互動方式。
6.新北市國中生在自我學習效能,七年級生表現較八、九年級生佳。
7.新北市國中生自我學習效能大多在「自我控制」的部分表現較佳。
8.父母管教態度為溫暖時,其新北市國中生自我學習效能表現較佳。
9.親師互動為互動行為時,其新北市國中生自我學習效能表現較佳。
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the correlation among discipline attitude of middle school students, parent-teacher interaction and self-learning efficiency performance. Taking questionnaire survey, parents discipline attitude scale, parent-teacher interaction scale and self-learning efficiency scale as the research tools, this research conducts a cluster random sampling of students in Grade 7, 8 and 9 of private and public national middle schools in nine regions of New Taipei City according to its proportion. The nine regions are divided into A, B and C groups and each 2 classes in the three groups are selected as research subjects. A total of 606 valid samples are used to conduct data statistic analysis. The analysis methods are obtained data which are used to analyze questionnaire by descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise regression analysis with SPSS statistic software.
The main results are listed as follows:
1.Middle school students’ parents in New Taipei City mainly employs open authority, and then indifference discipline method.
2.Middle school students’ parents in New Taipei City takes more open authority attitude towards students in Grade 7 than those in Grade 8 and 9.
3.Parents in New Taipei City who have high social experience take more open authority discipline method than those with low social experience.
4.Middle school students’ parent-teacher interaction in New Taipei City mainly takes cooperation and then avoidance discipline method.
5.Middle schools students’ parents in New Taipei City takes more cooperative interactive method towards students in Grade 7 than those in Grade 8 and 9 in terms of parent-teacher interaction.
6.New Taipei City middle school students in Grade 7 performs better in terms of self-learning efficiency than those in Grade 8 and 9.
7.Middle school students in New Taipei City performs better in self control of self-learning efficiency.
8.When parents hold warm discipline attitude, New Taipei City middle school
students perform better in self-learning efficiency.
9.When parent-teacher interaction is interactive, New Taipei City middle school students perform better in self-learning efficiency.
