摘要: | 本研究旨在探討大學生職業興趣與生涯成熟之現況以及兩者的關係,採用問卷調查法,參考文獻並加以修編為「大學生職業興趣與生涯成熟之研究問卷」作為資料蒐集的工具,並進行調查研究。研究對象為台南某科技大學二年級至四年級日間部學生,採分層叢集抽樣方法,獲得有效問卷 602 份,並將蒐集之資料以描述性統計、信度和效度、相關分析、獨立樣本 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、典型相關等統計方法進行資料分析,以獲取研究結果。經統計分析,獲得之研究結論如下:
一、男生偏好「實用型」、「研究型」、「藝術型」、「企業型」工作;女生偏好「社會型」、「事務型」工作。
二、不同學院之大學生對於職業興趣類型上有不同的選擇。
三、延畢生比大四和大三學生更偏好選擇研究型的工作類型。
四、學業表現較優異的大學生較偏好選擇事務型的工作。
五、職場經驗較多的大學生較偏好選擇實用型、企業型和事務型的工作。
六、不同家庭社經地位的大學生,在職業興趣的類型選擇上並無太大差別。
七、男生比女生對生涯成熟的自我認知更高。
八、不同學院的大學生在生涯成熟的程度上有不同的差別。
九、年級的不同並未造成大學生生涯成熟程度的差異。
十、學業表現的不同並未造成大學生生涯成熟程度的差異。
十一、職場經驗較多的大學生其生涯成熟態度明顯優於職場經驗較少的大學生。
十二、不同家庭社經地位並未造成大學生生涯成熟程度上的差異。
十三、大學生職業興趣類型與生涯成熟層面相互有顯著相關的部分。
最後根據本研究結論提出相關建議,以供學校教師、大學生、家長以及未來研究之參考。
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the current condition and the relevance of the vocational interest and career maturity of students of university and to see how different they are with background variables. In order to reach the study purpose, references and revising
them as "college career interest and career maturity of the research questionnaire" as the data collection tool, and conducted research. An object of study in Tainan University of Technology sophomore Day Division Fourth grade, stratified cluster sampling method, 602 valid questionnaires were obtained, According to the result of the questionnaire, reliability and validity, correlation analysis, independent samples t-test, ANOVA analysis, canonical correlation and other statistical methods to conduct data analysis to obtain results. After statistical analysis, the obtained results are as follows:
1. The boys prefer "practical," "social model", "corporate" type work; girls prefer "Artistic", "research", "transactional" work.
2. The different faculties of the university students for vocational interest types have different choices.
3. The extension of life is more than the seniors and juniors preference
research-oriented type of work.
4. The academic performance of the students prefer relatively excellent choice transactional work.
5. The workplace more experienced students prefer Select and transactional work.
6. Different socioeconomic status of students in vocational interest type selection isnot much difference.
7. Boys than girls on the career maturity of greater self-awareness.
8. Different college students in the career has a different level of maturity differences.
9. Did not result in different grades college career maturity differences.
10. Academic performance of students of different career did not cause differences in the degree of maturity.
11. Workplace experience more mature attitude of the students whose career is better than students with less experience in the workplace.
12. Different socioeconomic status did not cause college career maturity differences of degree.
13. Students' vocational interest types and career maturity levels significantly correlated with each other part.
Finally, according to the research findings suggestions for school teachers, students,
parents, and a reference for future research. |
