Abstract:	本研究旨在探討臺灣視障運動員在國際比賽獲取佳績的條件下，是否能較利於找尋工作機會與就業方法。本採取文獻分析和深度訪談法，以台灣目前有過最高成就的幾位視障運動員親身經歷，以及帶領出台灣視障運動的專業教練，分享成功與失敗的經驗，加以蒐集、整理、分析並歸納與探究，獲得結論。視障運動員較一般視障者更能接受自己並不完美的條件，會較容易走向社會群眾，也比較容易被接受；但是也應視力不佳是事實，所以顧慮到工作危險以及自身與周遭人事的安危，因此目前尋找的與運動相關的工作還是有些困難。本研究最後也討論出幾種讓視障運動員能力所可以勝任的就業方法。若能比照一般優秀運動員，以最高成就申請專業教練證，分發至各所學校帶領運動校隊比賽，這將會是視障運動成長的動力來源，也會是視障運動員的另一個就業方向。例如：運動學科老師、健身教練、游泳教練等。 This study focuses on visual disabled athletes in Taiwan under the international competition to obtain the good result that whether or not seeking work opportunities. The Document Analysis and In-Depth Interview were used for the study. A number of visual disabled athletes and professional coaches in Taiwan were interviewed to share the experience of success and failure. After collecting, sorting, analyzing, concluding and discussing, made the conclusion. Compared to normal visually impaired, visually impaired athletes better to accept their own imperfections, easier into the social masses and accepted. Bad eyesight is a fact that consideration the work dangerous and safety of around friends and relatives. Therefore, it’s difficulty looking for work or sports-related. Finally, the study also discussed several successful employment for visually disabled athletes. Mutatis mutandis generally excellent athletes, apply with professional coach certificate for the highest achievement or be distributed to each school to lead the school team for the competition, which will be the power source for visually disabled growing, also be another job direction for the visually disabled athletes, examples: teacher of sport science, fitness trainers, or swimming coach.
