    摘要: 對注重高生活品質的現代人而言,工作和家庭可說是人生中最重要的二件事,如何在有限時間與資源下,拿捏工作和家庭之間的平衡,已成為最重要的課題之一。情緒耗竭是家庭-工作衝突的重要後果變項之一。情緒耗竭為工作壓力下造成的結果的產物,回顧相關研究,情緒商智是一種準確的評價自己和他人的情緒、以及適當的表達與調適情緒的能力。情緒商智亦可應用於來激勵與成就自己的生活,以便提升生活與社會地位。本研究樣本為具有全職工作者,探討家庭-工作衝突之現象。,由於工作與家庭衝突.與情緒耗竭兩變數間,可能會受到情緒商智的干擾,故將情緒商智做為工作與家庭衝突.與情緒耗竭兩者間的干擾,推論情緒商智可能干擾情緒耗竭、與工作對家庭衝突。本研究採問卷法,以大台北地區之具有全職工作者為對象,共收集有效問卷166份。回歸分析結果顯示,工作與家庭衝突與情緒耗竭呈正相關,家庭與工作衝突與情緒耗竭呈正相關,及工作對家庭衝突與情緒耗竭、情緒商智具有部分干擾效果。
    最後本文根據研究結果,進一步說明研究限制、未來的研究方向及實務應用上的意涵。

    ABSTRACT
    The modern emphasis on high quality of life, work and family can be said that two of the most important thing in life, how in the limited time and resources, just the right balance between work and family has become the most one of the important topics. Emotional exhaustion is one of the important consequences of the family - work conflict. Emotional exhaustion, the result of work under the pressure of the product, review relevant research, and emotional provider wisdom is an accurate evaluation of their own and others' emotions, and appropriate expression of adaptive emotional capacity. Emotional providers Chi can also be applied to the incentives and achievements to their own lives, in order to improve life and social status. In this study, samples with the full-time workers, to explore the family - work conflict phenomenon. , Due to work-family conflict and emotional exhaustion between the two variables may be affected by the interference of emotion Business wise, it will be emotional provider wisdom as work and family conflict and emotional exhaustion, interference between the two inference mood providers Chi may interfere with emotional exhaustion, work-family conflict. This study used questionnaire method, the greater Taipei area has a full-time workers, collected 166 valid questionnaires. The regression analysis showed that work and family conflict and emotional exhaustion was positively related to family and work conflict and emotional exhaustion was positively related to work on family conflict and emotional exhaustion, emotional wisdom has, part of the interference effect.
    Finally, according to research findings, further illustrate the limitations of the study the implications on future research directions and practical applications.
