It is a professional technique which combines together the science, technology and arts including network tech, computer programming, web-page arrangement, animation, multi-media audio/video tech, …etc.
The question is “How to introduce your organization to the outside world via the web-page or web-site tech to enhance one’s competition ability?”. Depending on various working characteristics, strategic applications, and the small size of the organization usually is conducted through the outsourcing process-to entrust a professional company to do the job.
This research mainly explores a more objective model which uses a more scientific synthesis method on the opinions gathered from all departments of the organization, to find out the most suitable contractor for the organization’s web-page development task in the outsourcing process.
