    Abstract:   在資訊科技的推波助瀾下,過去以傳統大量複製為主的印刷品生產方式已受極大衝擊,反觀兼具美觀且客製化的商品越來越受消費者所青睞。再者近年來環保意識抬頭,符合全球環境保護意識的生產方式亦必是印刷業必須思考的一個重要課題。
      基於數位印刷具有不用製版,可隨時加印及方便修改的特色,這其中又以UV噴墨列印最具有墨色穩定、瞬間固化、可縮短製程、耐候及不產生VOC有害物質等環保優勢,又可承印在金屬、木頭、塑膠、皮革、磁磚等各種非吸收性材質上,因此結合UV噴墨列印方式的文創商品也愈來愈多,有鑑於此如何提昇UV噴墨列印品質已益形重要。
      本研究採用不同的噴印次數(8Pass、32pass)、可變墨滴(VD 5.3.1drop、VD 3.2.1drop)及不同固定墨滴(ND 3drop、ND 5drop)等變項交叉組合噴印於壓克力媒材,透過儀器量測數據以作客觀品質之評估,同時導入心理物理量法以做為主觀視覺評估方式。
      研究結果顯示當列印次數(pass)由8pass提高至32pass,整體印刷品質表現並未明顯優於8pass的效果;但以可變墨滴(Variable dot)列印方式,不論使用何種pass數在整體印刷品質特性上有均較佳的表現,且使用的墨滴越小印刷品質之呈現越佳。
      以心理物理度量之主觀視覺評估上,不論人像及器物兩種影像以可變墨滴(Variable dot)有較佳的視覺偏好,與儀器度量之客觀評估獲得一致的結論。
      By the developing of Information Technology,digital printing has the advantages of plate-less, easy to reprint and modify, especially UV inkjet printing, with the ink color stability, instant curing, short progress, good weather fastness and no VOC produced, can print on various non-absorptive substrates, such as metal, wood, plastic, leather, tiles etc. More and more cultural creative goods using the UV inkjet printing are produced, Therefore, how to improve the UV inkjet printing quality becomes an important issue.
      This research uses different pass(8Pass、32pass),Variable dot (VD 5.3.1drop、VD 3.2.1drop)and different Nomal dot(ND 3drop、ND 5drop)of combinations printed on the acrylic material. The data measured by the instruments are used to assess the objective quality, and a psychophysical subjective assessment is implemented as well.
      The result shows when the pass rises from 8pass to 32pass, the whole quality doesn’t work better. However the Variable dot, no matter what pass are used, always demonstrate better quality. Moreover the smaller dot used, the better the quality.
      By the subjective visual psychophysical assessment, variable dot printing ways have better visual performance . Same results are found on objective assessment.
