    Abstract: 時值二十一世紀的現代職場,勞資雙方所面對的是不斷全球化的競爭環境,為求生存及創造更有利的核心價值及競爭力,企業無不在產品上追求更有價值的創新,並在組織上追求更具效率的管理流程,以維持在強大的全球市場競爭中保有自身的存續優勢。
    本研究探討的是企業導入KPI考核制度(Key Performance Indicators)與透過導入獎勵制度(Incentive System)是否可提昇員工工作滿意度(Job satisfaction);並經由搜集文獻之引用和分析推論,及問卷的設計及分析,研究出彼此之間的關連。
    本研究將依據研究變數相關之目的擬定研究方向,經過搜集相關研究資料與文獻後與專家討論;依其討論結果訂定研究計劃,設計出相關問卷量表,透過與研究對象一對一問卷方式,將問卷結果導入分析後,可得知作為自變數的KPI制度與依變數工作滿意度是有其顯著相關,而獎勵制度透也呈現完全中介;其研究結果期望可提供企業在建立或改善組織制度及後續相關研究者之參考。

    When the workplace of the twenty-first century, what faced by both employers and employees is increasingly global competitive environment. In order to survive and create a core value and competitiveness, enterprises are all in the pursuit of more valuable and innovative products, more efficient management processes and organizational. It’s all to maintain the existence of strong global competition in the market to maintain its own advantage.
    This study is to investigate the import of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) as-sessment system through the import system of incentives to improve employee job sat-isfaction; and by collecting literature references and analysis of inference, and ques-tionnaire designed analysis to work out the connection between each other.
    In the study that due to most common execute the KPI system on the technology industry, and choose the R & D engineers be the research object; since the R & D job usually have heavy loading and much responsibility, that more sensitive then others.
    Base on the relationship of variables to plan the direction of research, after collecting the data and literature to discuss the results with the professional, and one-on-one with the questionnaire, after integrate the result, via analysis and discuss for verify the relationship between each variables, expect the result of study will provide the reference for enterprises that when build or improve the system of management, and subsequent researchers reference.
