本研究之主旨為探討工作保障與團隊凝聚力之關係,經由先前研究邏輯推論指出,兩者之關係並不一致,但過去之相關文獻無法提供完全之解答,因此有必要進一步釐清兩者之關係。研究樣本是完全是透過紙本問卷的調查方式獲得,受訪者皆經過初步篩選,確實有在工作再行發放,藉此提高樣本之信效度。實證結果發現,工作保障與團隊凝聚力呈正相關,即組織提供的工作保障越多,員工的凝聚力愈高。最後,依據實證結果提出實務建議與未來研究之建議。
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between job security and group cohesion. Previous studies state that there may be an inconsistent rela-tionship between job security and group cohesion. It is necessary to further clarify the relationship between job security and group cohesion. Data for this study were obtained by means of questionnaires from any industrial employees. The empirical result shows that job security and group cohesion is positively correlated, that is, the organization provided more job security, the staff will show higher group cohesion. By the empirical results, I give some suggestions for future research proposals.
