    Abstract: 由於近年來科學化的訓練,使得世界各國射箭成績突飛猛進。其技術水準之突破對於動作的一致性、穩定性、準確性和協調性都有很高的要求。除此之外,能量代謝特徵及技術特徵、心理特質也是影響運動表現因素之一。因此為了能有效提高訓練效率及管理,精確的制定年度訓練計畫將是未來訓練科學化的國際趨勢。本文主要目的在於針對射箭技術、戰術、心理等競賽特徵,並配合國內外年度比賽擬定年度週期訓練計畫,所採用單週期雙峰安排,期望透過訓練計畫來提升選手的技術、體能與心理水準,締造佳績,為國爭光。在計畫的執行過程中教練必須有效的掌握選手的各種生理指標,以利訓練的成效,本計畫提供具體的射箭年度週期訓練模型,在實施的過程中如能配合科學化及系統化的發展,將有助於我國在國際重要射箭比賽中爭取更佳的成績。
    Studies reveal that strength training and physical conditioning are essential for the improvement of total capability including stability, accuracy, consistency, and coordination of the movement and facilitate the performance level on international archery competitions. To enhance the performance of elite archery athletes, this paper constructed a scientific periodization model aiming at 2003 World Archery Championship, based on the evidences and characteristics of energy metabolism, specific physical fitness, skills and tactics, psychological and physiological factors which are important to enhance the performance of archery competition. The model implies several major competitions to be held in 2003. It provides a qualitative and quantitative progressive overload, training variety and permanent means of recovery, to initiate a progressive peaking performance toward the 2003 World Archery Championship. It is expected that the training model may provide a scientific monitoring system to enhance the training quality of the archery athletes.
