Human resources management as an integral part of the operation of
the organization of the disability welfare institutions and handicapped
welfare organizations engaged in social welfare services business to
provide quality service to the hub where, so explore the administrator
of the disability welfare institutions for professional human resources
management andthe influencing factors in the performance of
organizations and become concerned about the issue of disability welfare
institutions. This study aims to understand the disability welfare agency
human resource management and business performance through depth
interviews with agency managers to try to understand the actual situation
