本研究的主要目的在探討角力選手接受心理技能訓練後,選手技能表現和心理堅韌性的變化,以及透過心理技能訓練後比較技能表現和心理堅韌性的差異。本研究以30位角力選手為受試者,每組各10人,控制組平均身高165.30±8.13cm、平均體重62.70±12.08kg、平均年齡19.10±1.37歲;身體練習組平均身高163.70±6.96cm、平均體重64.40±10.27kg、平均年齡19.40±2.06歲;心堅練習組平均身高166.40±7.54cm、平均體重65.90±12.06kg、平均年齡17.60±0.69歲。各組依實驗設定連續五週,每週三次,共15次的技能訓練。以角力抱頭摔、塔咕嚕、水中閉氣技能以及心理堅韌性量表為測驗項目,進行前測、後測,以單因子共變數進行統計分析。本研究結論為:一、心堅練習組在接受心理技能訓練後,不僅能有效提昇技能表現,而且也能提昇心理堅韌性。二、身體練習組接受身體技能訓練後,對於提昇技能表現和心理堅韌性的效益均不顯著。
The purpose of the study was to explore the wrestling athletes' change of technical achievement and psychological determination after the psychological technical training and to compare the difference between the skill performance and mental toughness by psychological skill training. Participant were 30 wrestling athletes with 10 in each of the three groups. (Control Group: average height=165.30±8.13 cm, average weight=62.70±12.08 kg, average age=l9.10±1.37 years old; Physical training group: average height=163.70±6.96 cm, average weight=64.40±10.27 kg, average age=17.60±0.69 years old; Psychological training group: average height=166.40±7.54 cm, average weight=65.90±12.06 kg, average age=17.60±0.69 years old), The Training was conducted three times a week for 5 weeks. The pre-test and post-test included head wrestling Thakuru, stop breathing under water. And psychological toughness. One-way ANOVA was used to test the psychological skill of the three groups. The conclusions were: (1) Psychological training group improved significantly not only in skill performance but also in mental toughness (2) physical group didn't improve neither in skill performance nor in psychological toughness.
