有氧舞蹈及瑜珈運動對於人體健康與心理舒緩有其正面的效果,因此,本研究目的將探討十週的有氧舞蹈具體適能瑜珈運動介入,對於改善身體組成與健康體適能的成效評估。以中臺科技大學98年水噹噹有氧舞蹈班39位學員為研究對象,平均年齡為20.53±2.36歲、身高159.15±4.55公分、體重55.89±11.75公斤。學員於課程開始前接受檢則,檢測項目有身體組成(身高、體重、身體質量指數BMI、體脂肪%)、體圍(腰圍、臀圍)、血壓(收縮壓、舒張壓)及健康體適能(坐姿體前彎、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠、800m跑走)等,接著進行十週有氧運動及體適能瑜珈課程。結果發現十週運動課程介入後,其身體組成、體圍及健康體適能等,前、後測比較達顯著差異。本研究結論為十週有氧舞蹈與體適能瑜珈運動,確實可以有效降低身體組成及體圍上的測量指標,也能改善參與者的健康體適能。
Aerobics and yoga exercise had a positive effect for health and psychological relief. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of body composition and health related physical fitness improvement in 39 university students after 10 weeks aerobic dance and fitness yoga training program. The average age, height and weight were 20.53 ± 2.36 years old, 159.15 ± 4.55 cm, and 55.89 ± 11.75 kilograms, respectively. The body composition (height, weight, body mass index BMI, fat percentage) ,body circumference (waist and hip circumferences) ,blood pressure (SBP, DBP) and health related physical fitness (sit and reach, one minute sit up, standing long jump, 800m run walk) were tested before and after 10 weeks aerobic dance and yoga training program. The data shown that after 10 weeks training program, there were significant improvements in body composition, body circumference and health related physical fitness ( p< .05) . We concluded that there were beneficial effects of aerobic dance and yoga on both body composition and health related physical fitness improvement.
