靈芝自古即爲重要之中藥材,其可根據菌株產地與系統不同,而有不同形狀、色澤、肉質與味道。本文擬藉分析市售五種靈芝其微量元素、多醣體組成與其抗氧化性,以了解靈芝之一般特性,供消費者與研究人員參考。結果發現,五種品種靈芝間其各種微量元素間多半都有顯著之差異存在。在重金屬方面,五種靈芝鉛(Pb)之含量在0.02~0.91ppm間,而銅(Cu)之含量則在5.62~35.16ppm間。五種靈芝水溶性多醣之單醣中,皆以glucose含量爲最高,其次爲fucose。在五種靈芝甲醇萃取物的conjugated dienes in hibition與多酚類含量之比較方面,天生靈芝與高生靈芝之抗氧化性最佳,川芝最差,且五種靈芝甲醇萃取物的EC50(50%抑制力之濃度)與多酚類含量有顯著之負相關性。五種靈芝之甲醇萃取物皆具有良好還原力,但在本研究採用濃度範圍內並無隨濃度上升而增加之趨勢。
Ling Zhi has been used as Chinese medicine for years. There are different genotypes, colors, quality and taste of Ling Zhi depending on their locations and systems of fruiting bodies. The objective of this study was to analyze the contents of micronutrients and polysaccharide as well as antioxidant capacity from five fruiting bodies of Ling Zhi as references for consumers and researchers. The results show that there are significant differences in the micronutrients contents in most of Ling Zhi varieties. Among them, levels of lead (Pb) and cupper (Cu) were 0.02-0.91 ppm and 5.62-35.16 ppm, respectively. The highest amount of water-soluble monosaccharide was glucose followed by fucose in the tested samples. Compared to "Shen" variety, both "Tien-Sin" and "Kao-Sin" varieties have shown the highest antioxidant capacity based on the data of conjugated dienes inhibition under methanol treatment. Negatively significant correlation was observed between EC50 of conjugated dienes inhibition and polyphenol content. Five fruiting bodies of Ling Zhi also had strong reducing power although which was not increased in any variety as increasing its concentration.
