    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討財金專業人才應具備之關鍵核心能力衡量指標及其相關權重比例,另並探索可供改善整體核心競爭力之觸媒指標與觀測指標,提供財金學界與金融業界規劃訓練課程時之參考。本研究發現財金專業人才相對而言以具備專業能力最爲重要。關鍵核心能力衡量指標中最重要爲「有責任感」,「有責任感」亦可視爲提升整體核心能力之觸媒指標,而「積極主動」則係可供檢定、觀測整體核心能力之觀測指標。
    This research seeks to develop observable indicators, as well as certain indicators that can be improved upon, for the purpose of evaluating the core competency of financial professionals. Research results show that "professional ability" is the most important quality for financial professionals, and the catalyst for the development of overall core competency is a "sense of responsibility." Moreover, "degree of being energetic and enterprising" is found to be the most critical among those observable indicator.
