    Title: 鍍鋁聚酯長纖紗的抗靜電性能之探討

    Abstract: 本研究主要係對聚酯長纖紗於粗化後,以塗上不同比例之底漆,再進行真空蒸鍍'探討其金屬化紗線之抗靜電效果、強度與伸度之影響。底漆採用水溶性PU樹脂再加入金屬錯離子之溶液,變化其比例含量及聚酯之鹼處理濃度等條件針對其抗靜電效果、強度與伸度等進行研究。實驗結果顯 示:當水溶性PU樹脂濃度提高或加入金屬錯離子含量愈多時,其抗靜電效果較好。眾酯之鹼處理濃度愈高,其強度、伸度愈低。

    This study investigated the PET yarns which were coated with different ratio of primer and plated aluminum in vacuum. To study the effect of anti-electrostatics, strength and elongation of plating aluminum yarns, various compositions of aqueous P.D. and aluminum ion were presented to different groups of primer.The experimental results indicated that the anti-electrostatics effect took better when the ratio of aqueous P. U. or aluminum ion were inereased; while the strength and elongation of yams were decreased, when the amount of alkali agent were increased for pretreatment of yams.
