本研究擬在Tencel纖維中混入不同含量之聚酯低熔點纖維,製成醫護用Tencel/聚酯複合非織物基布,於製程中變化熱處理溫度分別為140℃、150℃、160℃、170℃、180℃。Tencel與聚酯低熔點纖維的重量比例為100/0(對照組),70/30。探討此複合非織物基布的機械與透氣性能,後續進行塗佈加工。
In this study, Tencel fiber was mixed with PET low melting point fiber to prepare the nonwoven fabric for the medical dressing using. The weight ratio of low melting point fiber was fixed in 30% and the 100% Tencel nonwoven fabric was prepared to be the comparison. Two types of nonwoven fabric were roasted for thermal reinforcing and the temperature of roasting was changed (140℃, 150℃, 160℃, 170℃, 180℃) to evaluate the mechanical and the air permeability properties of the nonwoven fabrics. The nonwoven fabric was coated in follow-up process.
